PPI Consulting is proud to have worked with several UK National Health Service Trusts to train senior doctors in the skills of leading and delivering their own training.  Modern hospitals are demanding environments where quality and patient safety are paramount, and good medical education is essential.  PPI’s work has directly supported groups of Educational Supervisors and enabled them to deliver more effective and memorable training to their colleagues.  The course is interactive, varied and fun – with plenty of opportunity for participants to practise their own skills and evaluate the effectiveness of different training approaches.  Feedback from those attending has been very positive.
