A materials handling company wanted to develop a new performance management process and new competencies in order to drive a stronger performance culture including payment for results.  We identified 9 competencies and described them in plain language for team leaders, team members and technicians.  We designed a straightforward easy to use performance management process together with training materials for all employees.  The result was a successful implementation and 100% usage.

designLeading Effective Teams:

A client wanted a one day leadership course to help first line managers to set clear values, lead team meetings, reinforce team targets and build team spirit.  We delivered the programme with case studies reflecting real leadership challenges in the client’s industry and a summary booklet to remind participants of the key learning points.  The course was attended by all the company’s team leaders across four different countries and it received very positive feedback.

designNegotiating skills:

A pharmaceutical client needed to train Eastern European employees to negotiate with National drug reimbursement authorities to agree the price for recently approved new drugs. We designed training for the negotiators and provided skills feedback during realistic mock negotiation sessions. The training was successful enough for us to be invited back for a second year to continue the work and further develop the team’s influencing and negotiation skills.
